Based in Cockatoo near Melbourne, Medita Chocolates was founded in 2016. We are passionate about creating divine chocolates. Made without dairy, gluten, soy or refined sugar, they can be enjoyed by everyone, making them perfect for any occasion.
The full range of Medita Chocolates was carefully designed by three Michelin star trained pastry chef Catherine Hill. All chocolates are handcrafted and made from the finest local plant-based ingredients. Our debut selection of flavours include; hazelnut praline, salted caramel, passionfruit, raspberry, macadamia butter & champagne.
